Ernest Hemingway
- American writer : born on July 21, 1899 in Oak Park, Illinois and died on July 2, 1961 in Ketchum, Idaho, in the United States. He was a journalist, novelist and short story writer. He used a somewhat comical and low-key style that he himself called the iceberg theory . His work is considered one of the most influential of the 20th century.
