Discover the magic of water and soap

Maybe one day you forgot to bathe, but have you thought about what would happen if you stopped bathing for 1 year?

Let’s say you completely forgo soap and water during that time. Within a few days you will be exposed to diseases thanks to bacteria. It happens that bacteria inhabit such common places as doorknobs, toilet handles, your TV remote control, and even your mom’s cell phone.

Soap and water fight bacteria found on our hands and skin; if you stop bathing or washing your hands, bacteria will enter your body when you touch your eyes, mouth or nose causing infections like the flu and skin problems like acne.

If you run away from soap and water, your hair will inevitably become greasy, your scalp will be covered with scabs and you will also smell very bad. Bathing removes dead cells on your scalp, as well as grease from your hair, and prevents unpleasant body odors.

Don’t put your health at risk! Don’t forget to bathe and wash your hands. Your body… and your friends will thank you too.

✔ Bathing is important to your health, but bathing too often can dry out your skin and make it more susceptible to infection. Some of the bacteria on your skin help support your immune system, so removing them completely could weaken your body’s defenses against disease.
✔ If you spend 20 minutes in the shower, this equates to about two years of your life in the shower or bath.
