Asmaa (أسماء) is the Arabic word for "high in stature" or "prestigious." Asmaa bint Abi Bakr (c. 595-692) was the daughter of Caliph Abu Bakr and elder sister of Aisha — known for her bravery during the Hijra (migration to Medina).
Used widely across the Arab world.
Asmaa reduces to nine — the number of Arabic prestige.
