Dolma (སྒྲོལ་མ་) is the Tibetan name for Tara — the female bodhisattva, the "savior" or "liberator," beloved across Tibetan Buddhism. The Green Tara and White Tara are her most popular manifestations.
Dolma is widely used throughout Tibet, Bhutan, Nepal, and the Tibetan diaspora.
